pet-friendly accommodations, King Studio Suite Hearing Access, convenient location
The $75 pet fee is absurdly high relative to the room rate!!! Check-in efficiency needs significant improvement — not being checked in on time can be quite frustrating. The noise from barking dogs needs to be controlled better!!!

i was almost going to give a good review, but the $75 pet fee is absurdly high compared to the room rate. check-in was a disaster, far from efficient. oh, and staff seemed to think their only job was to standby while i waited, not to help. absolutely ridiculous for a supposed 'suite' hotel.

Had an unexpected surprise when I arrived. The check-in was super fast, and the staff was friendly! I loved how clean my room was, like they were preparing for a new guest every day. They even went above and beyond, organizing my dishes without me asking, which was a nice touch!
It was a bit pricey, but still fair for what you get.

The hotel features immaculate cleanliness and stylish design, which really impressed me. I loved having a King Studio Suite with a kitchenette. it made meal prep super easy. Great coffee every morning added a nice touch to the breakfast experience. However, the breakfast menu felt a bit repetitive over 10 days. I encountered issues at check-in. it took longer than expected and left me waiting. On top of that, the pet fee was exorbitant. Paying $75 for bringing my dog felt excessive, especially added to the initial room rate. While the maintenance and maid service were friendly and efficient, the front desk could use some training to improve customer interactions. The front desk staff seemed to lack engagement, focusing too much on their computers instead of greeting guests personally. Barking dogs in the hallway were also quite annoying, affecting the tranquility of my stay.

Enjoyed my time at this hotel. The kitchenette was a lifesaver, making it super convenient for meal prep. The staff were friendly and keen to help. Though the breakfast was a bit repetitive, it was still tasty. Wish the mattress had been a little softer for comfort.
